Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Payment must be made at the time of ordering via the payment methods provided on our website.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If a product becomes unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a refund or replacement.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We use Sendle for our deliveries. Orders are dispatched from Rouse Hill, NSW, 2155 and delivery times may vary based on your location.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal or courier services once your order has been dispatched. Tracking details will be provided where available.

🔁 Return & Refund Policy

At Jolly Feed Seasonings, we want you to love our products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products (food and consumable goods), we can only accept returns or replacements for items that are:

  • Damaged during transit, or

  • Incorrectly supplied

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or for products that have been opened or used.

2. Reporting an Issue

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect product

  • A brief description of the issue

3. Refunds & Replacements

Once your claim is approved, we will:

  • Offer a replacement of the same product, or

If a return is required, we will provide instructions and a Sendle return label (where applicable). Customers are not required to pay return shipping costs for approved cases.
